Every so often a story comes along that really highlights the promise (and increasing reality) of the new cell therapies.  This story that ran in several sources yesterday is one of them.  Judy Perkins was at death's door, having exhausted all other treatment options.   An experimental cell therapy cured her advanced breast cancer.  

“We are now at the cusp of a major revolution in finally realising the elusive goal of being able to target the plethora of mutations in cancer through immunotherapy,”
